Banana Walnut Bread w Splenda

(From Splenda - Sweet Possibilities)

 

1 1/2 c. flour                  1/2 c. Spenda (granulated)

1 t. baking powder          1/2 t. baking soda

1/8 t. salt                      1T. canola oil

1/3 c. low fat buttermilk  2 t. vanilla extract

1 1/4 c. mashed bananas

1/4 c, chopped walnuts

 

Oven 350 degrees  In a bowl mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and blend.  Add walnuts and stir until just mixed.  Pour into 9x5" loaf pan, sprayed with PAM. Bake 45 - 55 minutes until center is set. (Check with toothpick; it should come out clean.)
