Chocolate Chip Cookies w
Splenda for Baking
(From Splenda - Sweet
Possibilities)
1 c. butter ,* room temp.
1/2 c. Splenda blend for
Baking
1/2 c. dark brown sugar 2 large eggs
1 t. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. flour 1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 12 oz. package semi-sweet
chips
Oven 375 degrees.
Beat butter, brown sugar and
Splenda until fluffy. Add vanilla and
eggs, beating until blended. Add flour, baking soda & salt all at
once. Stir on top and mix into wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded
teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake about 9 to 11 minutes
or until golden brown. Remove to rack and let cool.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.

try to lower the fat and saturated fat by substituting the 1 c. butter with 1/2
c. butter and 1/4 c. oil and see how it comes out.
