Key Lime Yogurt Bars (with Splenda)

Crust:

8-9 Whole low fat graham crackers - crushed

1/4 c. Splenda               1/8 t. cinnamon

2 T. margarine or butter, melted

 

In an 8-9" square pan (I use glass)

Use food processor to crush graham crackers.  Add remaining ingredients and process.  Press into pan.

 

Filling:

2 c. plain non-fat yogurt               1 1/2 c. Splenda

1/3 c. key lime juice    

1 c. fat free (low fat) frozen whipped topping, thawed

 

Mix ingredients and pour into crust.  Freeze at least 4 hours until firm.  Cut into squares. 9 servings.

Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or so before serving.
