Low-Fat Mocha Cheesecake w Splenda

 

2 c. non-fat ricotta cheese

3/4 c. Splenda

1 egg                            1 T. mini chocolate chips

1 egg white                    2 T. Kaluha (optional)

2 T. cocoa                       1 t. vanilla

 

Mix above in food processor.  Pour into crumb crust. Bake at about 350 deg. until set.

 

Low-Fat Crumb Crust

 

2 T. margarine - melted

1 T. Splenda

1/4 t. cinnamon

1/3 box (or less) low-fat graham crackers chopped in food processor.

 

Press into 9" pan.
