Oatmeal Pancakes (regular milk)

 

3/4 c. flour                     1/2 c. oats

1/4 c. whole wheat flour  3 t. baking powder

1 T. sugar                      1/2 t. salt

1 egg                            2 T. oil

1 c. milk

 

 

Mix wet ingredients.  Add dry ingredients all at ones.

Cook in non-stick pan. Makes 9 , 92 Calories

 

Variations:

Add 1/2 c finely chopped apple & 1/2 t. cinnamon.
